ACTS is a free program for all parents interested in learning about their child's develepment, from preventing diaper rash to making the most of story times to discipline and early brain growth. There are no income guidelines, and any family can choose to participate in one or all of our services. Each of the 11 ACTS Resource Centers offers the following: Parent-Child Play Groups Parent Education Groups Personal In-Home Visits Links to resources in your neighborhood Resource Centers are located throughout Ingham County.
